Every demographic is at its worst in online gaming. It’s just a result of what the internet usually does to people combined with a desire to just play the game without any hiccups.
Brasilians, Portuguese, and of course those of the US of A get this kind of blanket phobia on the internet. Probably many more but these are my experiences personally.
I wouldn’t pay it much mind anyway. Most hate on the internet is just garbage spewed up.
