Currently Medivh is balanced around having Portal Mastery on lvl 1.
But his other talents are just useless.
So either make PM baseline and give another useless birdform talent to replace the slot, or buff the bird form talents.
Like the mountspeed could also reduce the time it takes to mount up. From 4 to 3 sec.
And the regen one could give a flat amount of selfheal when entering the form, or an aura which gives the effect to others as well (tho making anything that might encourag ppl staying in birdform is scary).
