I concur that tassadar’s lines in hots are even worse than his bad, over the top voice actor.

I think the biggest difference between that video as well as old dialogue from Warcraft 3 is the level of excitement. Dreadlords generally sounded very calm and calculating. Whereas he sounds upset and yelling 99% of the time in this game.
