I think/hope it might be Tassadar + Diva. They are the only heroes I can think of that have been confirmed to be getting reworks. But they may not be ready yet… what do you think?
I do think the question is rather if the reworks will be any good, not who gets it.

I am generally optimist of the reworks. I just hope Whitemane’s next rework will be coming soon.

Well, they mostly need to buff some of her numbers, and she’ll be mostly fine again.
They need to essentially undo every little detail of the rework for that to happen.
As a “Whitemane main” who plays her way less even after the major buffs she received a few patches back I wholeheartedly disagree, and so appear to most of her other players. Heck, even the devs agree on that given their comments during Blizzcon. If you saw my posts a few months back you do know I could probably spend hours talking about why this is the case. Not really the point of this thread, though.
Whitemane WILL get a rework. Not sure when. It might not even be during 2020 given the slowdown of development. But it will happen.

I know your stance on this and I get where you’re coming from. That being said Whitemane had some core issues which is why she was a niche already. So I’d rather want her next rework to be a proper one. Think of major reworks where entirely new playstyle was introduced. I want that rather than the not so stealthy nerf the already underperforming hero received.
I would say Xul is one who could need one apart from Vikings/Tass and D.Va.

I doubt fine should be the word for it, especially when the Healer build is the only powerful go-to at the moment.
While the other builds are somewhat lacking, and no other ways to empower Zeal via talents
Tassadar’s rework was announced in march I think. So I expect his rework to come january or february.
That’s gonna be her 5th rework I think.
Tass is confirmed to be reworked soon.
D.VA I think was mentioned as well.
I hope that Vikings will get rework.
As for talent changes, I am hoping for Abat lucusts and mines changes so they will be useful somehow.
Other that that, talent updates and changes for a lot of heroes who have only one viable talent path.
I believe Tracer was also semi-confirmed to receive a (mini) rework somewhere.
Personally I would like to see a TLV rework, with baseline QWE abilities.
I feel like Tass rework will be coupled with New Hero: Sentry.

They have said in AMA’s that Tassadar and Dva are definately getting reworks. So I would say sooner than you think. I would expect spring or summer at the latest to bring them out.
Yeh, but my question is who will be getting rework next 
Lost Vikings are long overdue but I think it would be too big a challenge for them
