Army of Hell + Hellforged Armor + Battleborn would be hilarious at the very least.
Jaina would probably top the list, period. Access to all of her talents means colossal damage, roots and armor reductions. Icyveins means that she’d be able to outlast people with unstoppable and root/kill practically entire teams in seconds. She’d also get access to her level 20 water elemental that mimics her basic abilities which means people are going to be instagibbed.

thrall might not be the “strongest”, but his lightning would have two charges, an extra bounce, the stacking quest, the cdr/mana proc on top of defensive talents for heals, blocks and spellpower.
Having a targeted bouncing nuke that isnt hampered by a loss of vision (anymore). means he could poke for days to get cdr to poke for more days, and wear other heroes down.

You all have made your arguments, but I still maintain Alarak laughs at you all and then instagibs entire teams because he has 300 Sadism.
Etc woyld be spooke. Global mosh with powerslide movment and if you kill him you get moshed again.
Valeera would also be spooky as all hell
If you’re running all the talents at once, 300 is rookie numbers.
zul’jin would literally be OP if you gave him only both his ults. if you gave him all his talents he would be ridiculously broken.
i mean just imagine…
buffed grievous throws… buffed attack speed… buffed move speed… buffed attack damage…buffed heal (and uninterruptable)… armor
then both his ults synergize. unkillable keeps him at the lowest health to then get the highest damage on guilotine… which then heals him for 50% of the damage he deals because of tazdingo regardless, BUT if he kills anyone he gets a full heal.
Until you go up against Varian, who doesn’t CARE about your shields.
Hopefully, when they finally bring back Brawls and move ARAM to it’s own queue, this can be one of the new brawls.
If he wants to burst my shields than that just gives me more DPS
