Maybe becasue you can restrain yourself and you have common sense. I dont know. But letting kids play shooter games that are only for 18+ then you could just allowe your kid to smoke too. Its the same. There is a reason why games has age restrictions. But sadly not all parents follow that rule and just let thier kids play whatever they want.
