Aram just makes the problem more obvious to a number of player who would under these circumstances never get the chance to see her in ranked play.
There are other things such as Dagger + Fes.Wounds, Cocktail or Azmodan as whole which can easily become uncontrollable, and none feel as oppressive as unavoidable instant damage. With others you can safely assume where it will land and position accordingly so it only catches minions, but Multishot just kills everything in sight.
