Unpleasant life stuff has been taking much of my time, but I did have a fun ARAM game recently. I was reminded off it as Phase posted about an Illidan pick in the Salt Mines.
I was presented with the choice of Genji, Illidan, or Murky. As I’m the worst Genji/Illidan player alive, I opted for Murky. This invited abuse and laments from our Zeratal, but as you can see, the enemy suffered a sticky fate, to a Slime Build Murky!
I wouldn’t have performed nearly so well if not for the Ana always picking me as her Nanoboost target, and the very skilled Tyrael player, who consistently shut down Naz’s Spirit and E.T.C’s mosh.
All in all, a very fun and messy game, I adore the unbalanced mess that is ARAM.
I love playing Mal’ganis, he is indeed a CC machine and can provide great setups with his sleep, but can also be completely shut down if the enemy is also CC heavy, which is why I don’t play him as much as other tanks.
I haven’t posted in a month or so, but I’m also on the receiving end of these likes. Prior to you making this comment, I wasn’t sure if it was just me. There seems no harm in it, as I’ll take someone who throws around likes as if they are candy, over another “remove ASAM” post.

I dont mind the like spam. Brings me back to the old days where some of us ran out of likes cause we handed them out like Halloween candy.

Yeah, it reminds me of the Borderlands forum days, or the times where I would come on here to be notified that 10+ posts were Minky’d. I always got a chuckle out of that.
When you’re good you’re good. Rare to see a KTZ actually try and complete his trait quest in the A.I ballpit.
That was a few days ago, matched with them this morning twice. They’ve gotten a bit better with him since then.
Also, I learned while playing Kel’Thuzad if you time it right you can chain Ragnaros when he activates his trait. The chain will just…float there in the air between where he was standing and the fort/keep for a while afterwards. It will also count towards Kel’Thuzad’s trait.
Edit: I seem to be getting a bit of a reputation amongst the vs A.I crowd as being the lunatic that tunnels Kel’Thuzad all the time.

Those Likes are from me. Hope i’m not outta line on them. A couple friends and I returned to HotS couple weeks ago cause we missed it and are playing it on Wed sometimes. Unsure how long their interest will last… we’ll see. I have been on Hiatus from this game since a bit before Hogger got added to the Roster, (It amuses me a bit that he turned out to be the last so I turned out to not miss much in this department…) and before that played for years, but I doubt anyone here will remember me (or miss me…) cause I am, always have been, and always be, a little fish in the pond and a Filthy Casual who likes having fun and enjoying the game instead of sweating all over it and taking it any seriously. I didn’t do a lot of PvP even back then. I also can’t remember if I ever said anything or not all those years ago that i’m a RL Asperger.
I’m still trying to scrape rust off my Skills and get reacquainted with the Heroes bit by bit, prioritizing Heroes I love and tended to play the best and that I most liked playing, starting with my Top Main Deathwing (Forums need a Deathwing Avatar!), my former Top Main Fenix (En Taro Adun!), my Top Support Alexstraza (Ugh… still after all this time always have to fear the risk i’ll accidentally typo her name and embarrass myself…), and various favs (in no particular order) Falstad, Li Li (Yes i’m a Li Li Fan, sorry Hoku.), Malthael, Dehaka, Auriel, Zeebo (Toad Shotgun!!!), Tassadar (I still find his Post Rework Q kinda awkward… dislike the way Tass can’t use it without stopping firing his AA for a sec…)… and have loads of other favs I still need to fix my Talent Favs on and reacquaint with including but not limited to Raynor, Sylly Girl, Murky (Yes i’m a Murky Fan too…), Zul’jin (Probably only decent with him at most and mostly goof off on him… too bloodthirsty to play him real well…), Sgt. Hammer (Similar to Zul… I try SO hard to curb the bloodlust and Siege Greed, but it’s soooo haaaarrrd… another one I only goof off on.), Zeratul, Blaze (Wait, wut!!? Broken Talent Favs suggest some kinda Oil Spill lighting up Spec, but my Memory SWEARS I was a Incendiary Gauntlets user before… the halibut…? O_0 Need to REALLY re-examine my play of him in Collections - Heroes - Try Mode experimentation when I get to him…), Tychus, Muradin (Love Thunderclap Build, though I run Perfect Storm for extra Lightningz and Dwarf Launch for extra distance for both better escaping and better jumping in to Thunderclap.), Brightwing, Kharazim, Chromie (… I take it she got a Rework after my hiatus start…? I’m gonna miss the Time Traps I could just drop and forget…), Mephisto, Probius (Love him! <3), Rexxar, Raggie, Lunara, especially love Orphea… actually this List might be getting too long. I love damn near all the Heroes but there are some i’ll never be good at… TLV is my worst one, my APM is too weak to register on a APM Meter. I struggled them to L10 and am content to leave them to actual qualified Players. Fav Pal is quite fond of runnin them.
I’m surprised i’d never read this Thread before in my past play long ago… (Surely I would not have been starting from scratch in dispensed Likes in this Thread if i’d read it before…?) i’m not surprised I never Posted before though… i’m a bit timid and don’t have any Self Esteem. This Thread was overdue for getting Likes from me. Can only hope they help. I ran outta them while reading this Thread over the last couple Weeks more than once… really bad feeling RL weeks this Thread helped me stay sane through. There’s stretches of Thread I read through with Depleted Likes and Posts that deserved Likes I wasn’t able to give… won’t be able to do anything about that now, re-reading this whole thing lookin for those ‘Like Dead Zones’ would be too hard, especially when i’d forgotten that ‘TLs’ is even a thing here and mine’s probably rusted into garbage by now from the long Hiatus. I took notice of the Post that Links to the Guide on how to Link things here, but doubt I even can at this time, not even Screenies. By the time I can, if I ever can, i’ll never remember where that Post was in this Thread.
For the Topic: Been maybe the third or fourth Wed last Wed as of the time of this Post my Fav Online Pal, his RL Sis, and I had our casual fun in VS AI level Veteran (Partially cause knew full well how rusty we are, partially fav pal wants casual chill matches and he worries even level Elite AI will be too sweaty for him.) and I needed some Genocide Matches with my beloved Deathwing to feel better after terribad RL, and this week was the one I got around to replaying Tass trying to remember him and his Post Rework ways after some getting back used to him in Collections - Heroes - Try Mode practice, and though I still miss old Tass, the new one is not without merits. Both old and new i’m a Psionic Storm Tass cause Lightning’s my fav Element to beat stuff up with, though since there’s no Psionic Storm Talent at L4, I settle for Electric Fence, and I admit I quite enjoy its electricness as well. When fav pal started getting tired and declared the next Match after the two Tass Games to be the last and had to brb before it, I took the chance to select my 2nd Fav Healer I really missed playing and hadn’t Talent Fav fixed yet, Li Li, and snuck those fixes done. Fortunately it was easy work cause she’s VERY memorable to me and my useless garbage Memory, i’m a Double Dragon Cloud Serpent Li Li and i’m not sorry. (Mass Vortex on L7 since no Cloud Serpent Talents grabbable there and I like the unlocking of ability to blind a 3rd Foe and i’m a Violent Support so i’m all for any chance to be able to do more damage! It surprises me how often being able to blind 3 Foes instead of 2 is useful!) Pal gets back and we begin the final Match. The other two Randos that end up rolling with us is playing a Butchy Boi and a Hammer. I’m delighted cause I love both of those Heroes and go outta my way to support them both as i’m able throughout the Match. After a good long bout with me dodging and weaving and supporting as I violently do my thing passing out Tea & Dragons like candy, (Fun Fact: Everyone always warns Kids not to take Candy from Strangers… but no one ever thinks to warn Adults it’s unhealthy to take Dragon Shots from Kids’s Dragons! 
) our team eventually emerges victorious and I get the satisfaction that my violent support left our Butch at 0 Deaths and Hammer at one. (Me at 0 Deaths too!) Hammer gets MVP and my Vote and i’m pleased as halibut to get all 4 other Votes for my proud Dominator Award of 29 count! (Fun fact: Only 3 of those were kills… the other 26 was my Assists. I totally obliterated everyone else friend and foe alike at Assist Count that Match! I took a Screenie the hard way, ‘PrtSc’ Button then Paint .NET Paste cause I forgot how to Screenie in-game cause I felt that good about how I performed that Match while so rusty.) The funnest part about this is that ya remember I had to hurriedly fix my Talent Favs… I sure as halibut hadn’t even gotten around to her turn at the Collections - Heroes - Try Mode practice to get back comfy with her again first before her Deployment… yet playing that Match, I felt how she was still so easy for me to play it’s almost as if i’d never forgotten how to even after that long a Hiatus. 
P.S. I’m still no different from long ago about how Ranty and Raving I can be, my apologies. Hope I still remember how to Proofread these things before Posting well enough…
Edit: Wait, WUT!!? Is this really seriously only my 3rd ever Post here!!? I was THAT Timid and Shy before!!? O_0

Curiosity: While trying to remember this game a couple weeks ago Fav Pal noticed HeroesHearth bit it and he looked around the Internet a bit and the only Talent Calculator he could find was at a ‘Icy Veins’ Site. Are Icy Veins Site Links permitted here in case I ever share Builds of how I run my Characters in the future?

The one thing about Kel’Thuzad that has been growing on me is that while he can delete heroes and does good siege damage, he is also a good hero for setting up for other heroes that are on a roll.
Case in point: I was in a match with a rather beastly Alarak who was landing combos and Deadly Charges with lethal accuracy.
It is more enjoyable being a dps support/setup lich than it is being a delete lich. With the displacement, slows, and stuns, twice Frost Blast nailed three bots at once which was so satisifying.

Got to time between MG uppercut swings to escape the stunlock. Full panic mode, missed silence and choosing to walk the most predictable route, wasn’t completely cornered, but unfortunately got caught mid self telekinesis.
It feels like watching Genji trying to escape a Butcher charge. Instead of using it the moment before he makes impact and just as he drops all gained momentum, you waste dash to get distance from him a little too early and die to something completely avoidable.
It sounds condescending but seeing the lack of proper muscle memory reaction from such a strong player is funny. He shouldn’t even be casting discord strike, he won’t land it unless Malganis is starting from a proper distance away from him. Start moving and wait for opportunity to avoid his full combo. The only way to land a silence is catching him in the middle of his own animation, which won’t happen if he is right in your face.
0.5+1/5th of that as pocket change delay time to play out the animation whereas it takes Malganis only 0.5 to complete two swings. Third one, the stun is practically instantaneous after 0.5 if he is already standing on top of the victim and the gap between swings which I mentioned comes with the third one, which takes slightly longer to play out than the two build-ups.

Somehow, miraculously, I got to Wed MP with my Fav Pal and his Sis and in one Match we were being so casual and chill I actually risked a Hammer Game and ended up rolling Alterac Pass. I’ll be damned if I can figure out how, but somehow I managed to NOT choke at being careful with my Bloodthirst and didn’t screw up any of my disengages and escapes and somehow managed to MVP and 0 Death our eventual win at Team L16 and the Enemy Bots 3 - 4 levels behind thus didn’t even have to bring out the Ultra Capacitors!!!
