Suggestion: please add "try hero" button in hero selection

I’m a novice player, and I prefer browsing heroes in Play > Quick Match to decide which one to try. The only issue is that every time I want to test a hero, I have to go to the Collection and search for them manually.

Suggestion: Add a simple ‘Try Hero’ button below the hero’s purchase price on the selection screen.

While I understand what you’re going for, you do run the risk of accidentally purchasing said hero
I’m sure you’d be very annoyed if you just wanted to try, say, Alarak but accidentally purchased him.
I know I would.

Isn’t there a secondary confirmation when buying heroes on the select screen?
I know there is in the collection tab, irregardless of it being a gem or gold purchase.

There’s actually a word for that. It’s called a dark pattern. D immortal has tons of those

Even so that extra screen, unless wanted, is still highly annoying especially when one thinks it’d be a case of “click and try” and then it’s a click deny click again THEN try.

yeah well it’s diablo immortal what more could we expect really

There is. I’ve always thought “Try Mode” should be more prominently displayed, added to the top menus after “custom games.”

I have many friends who didn’t even know Try Mode existed until I told them. If it was added to the main menu, they could also make it, so there is no button to buy, until after you’ve tried the hero, or simply have it so you can only purchase heroes in the collection tab.
