it’s actually sad that’s one of the reasons i stopped caring about ranked. maybe one day they’ll give us back hero league! one can dream…

The key word being pre picked. So let me paint a picture for YOU. One of the people that pre-picked should have seen the team needed a Tank and flexed into it. Why constantly expect others to cater to your needs. If you want to play a specific hero, let me suggest Quick Match or even unranked.
I for one NEVER prepick unless I have to. I want to see what my team picks and what the other team picks and then decide if I we need a counter or someone to complement whose been picked. If I prepick then change people get pissy and think you are trolling them because you changed up. If you see the team needs a tank, CHANGE AND PLAY TANK.
The final thing is that being legitimately bad at the game is not reportable. So picking the wrong talent for Aba is not a bannable thing.
I can’t remember: does registering a new account require credit card info? If not, then it should. If so, then it should be one account per credit card number, imo. That would largely solve smurfing.
I’m like 99% sure you don’t need a credit card to make an account. I made my account back when WoW launched and I used a game time card to play.
I think they ask you to add a credit card when you are going to purchase in-game items at the very least. While you can still buy games physical media and purchase a “gift” card to buy other types of things.
