Siphoning Toxin does not work with Forest's Wrath

Hi.

It seems that Lunara’s talent Siphoning Toxin does not work properly with Thornwood Vines if one talents into its upgrade, Forest’s Wrath. Once you take FW, Siphoning will not trigger off toxin applied by Thornwood no matter how many times you apply it or how many targets got hit. Using Crippling Spores to extend the toxin will make Siphoning work correctly, however.

Regular Thornwood vines do work correctly with Siphoning, so it is something particular about the toxin applied via Forest Wrath that is bugged.
