I dunno man, the last thing you want is people playing roles who really don’t want to, which is what would happen. 
Maybe healers just have to become more god-mode. /shrug

Yeah, but Quickmatch is the best place for them to learn. That way they stand a chance if they ever queue up to the real game: Storm League.

No, you need hands, eyes, probably feet and a split push character.

That’s sort of what the random pick does. You can set it to favorites only for a minimum size of 5 heroes. Then you will get matched into a game based on one of those heroes.
I would rather have a tank than a healer if I had to choose. But no, QM is generally fine as is. Maybe 1 in 20 matches throws up a team comp that is very difficult to win with. The rest of the time players may have to resort to unusual tactics but there is almost always a way as long as the team actually works together and understands the strengths of its characters.
My last game. Auriel and an all melee team (Thrall, Zeratul, Illidan,Kerrigan) vs Lili, Sylvanas, Jaina, Quira and Butcher.
Not fun. I would happily wait 4 minutes to never have that again.
This was the biggest tragedy. It felt like it was a thing for like a day before getting patched out. Such a shame.
If you play quick match, you forfeit your rights to a drafted team.
That is literally all. Enforcing a 1/1/2/1 meta or something will just empty qm. Yanno, it may shock you to learn that you can play a healer in quick match too… doesn’t just always gotta be the other guy…

“who say that”-- you gotta be absolutely kidding me. The fact that it’s not a draft mode, man. Literally there’s a mode that avoids this problem you’re running into and you literally refuse it anyway.
Play with a party or play the healer. Or complain until other people do, I guess, huh?
If you want a draft, you play a draft mode. Forcing a draft in QM won’t make it QM anymore, it’ll just be unranked draft. WHY should QM have a draft when there’s already unranked draft? Isn’t giving it a draft just making it unranked draft?
Also, the ‘quick’ part is BECAUSE it doesn’t draft. If it waited for a healer you’d be in queue for even longer than in draft queues, and most times probably to get some new healer who just makes you mad anyway because there’s such a thwartingly low pool that getting TWO for EVERY SINGLE DRAFT is just such a roll of the dice.
Just explain to me real quick what about your idea is NOT covered exactly by unranked draft.
Nah. All you gotta do is invite friends and you can make any kind of dream comp you want or even abuse the QM MM rules for easy wins if you feel like it.
I always assume that they aren’t getting parties by proxy, because they’re here complaining about a problem exactly caused by not having friends to play QM with.
I personally don’t play QM unless I have a group because that’s when it’s most fun and teamwork OP.
