Good patch. As Deckard player I don’t complain about Ruby nerf. It was nessesary.
Imo other 2 talents on 4 lvl could be buffed and get some synergy with 14 lvl talents (AoE and bigger potions).
About rest of patch - don’t know about Gaz and D.Va reworks because I didn’t play them. Other hero changes seems fine.
