There is a visual bug for the Big Shot Sgt. Hammer skin when after using Concussive Blast after selecting the Ambush talent. To see this bug the Ambush talent must be chosen. First when Concussive Blast is used from Siege Mode, the visual bug shows up when entering stealth, and shows the area of effect directed at where it was last used and continues to follow her. The bug only appears when using the Big Shot skin, not the base skin. To my knowledge, the bug also only appears when the Ambush talent is selected.
