Patch note 22 05 2019

I appreciate the direction balance is going. I’m worried the Ragnaros 1 sec stun on hammer ult will prove too good at high level, but we’ll see how that plays out. I’m just glad they’re pushing to let individuals make plays.

Threads about RoD is OP are gonna start right now

I like the changes to Anduin. Should make him more fun to play with and give more variety in picking his talents… Also enjoy all the dev comments

I’m convinced the team does not even know what they’re doing anymore and decided to just meme around with the game.

I love that they are showing their own win-rates with couple cases so we can have some comparison on hotslogs accuracy. With Garrosh and Anduin Blizz win-rates differ by exactly 0,2% which is less than I thought(select hero level 10+).

I was wondering the same thing… But I am not the best Stu, so thought maybe I did not understand the mechanic well enough.

Rexxar is still the king :crown: :man_facepalming:

There’s a couple things it does, Bio Kill Switch Slow is 70% for 2 seconds, whereas Weight Pustule is 5% to 50% over 3 seconds, so it will continue to slow for an additional second. It gives some synergy with Reactive Ballistospores (if you’d actually take it) if you get the reset. Lastly, it can add damage because whenever Weighted Pustule is removed, cleansed or duration expiring, it deals more damage.

I’m thinking it’s for extra damage. Popping Pustules was a damage talent in its conception, so this is probably just for added damage. Plus the slow

That makes sense, i don’t play blaze so I didn’t realize he dropped off.

Once again another good balance patch. Most of the patch notes i was just nodding along like “yep that talent did need a buff” and so on.

Those patch notes are sexy. They have done just what was needed balance wise, it seems.

The quality of these changes has been indeed quite high for a while and makes more then up for the additional week.

I hate you, but I’m with you in this way.
Tracer needs help D:

I see Zeratul was spelled without Z in his dev box.

  • Plus the slow if you take the lvl 20 upgrade

Meltdown would like to have a word with you.

Just took new Rain of Destruction for a spin. It actually feels really impactful, creating what is essentially a colossal Blizzard. I was facing a very push-heavy team, and it was an even better siege-breaker than before, since you can pop it then lay on Fel Fire from the midline. I still think that Horrify is better in a vacuum, but it may actually have some kind of niche now.

Only issue I have is that if you cancel the cast by walking, it goes on a 10 second cooldown. That twitchy, indecisive part of my brain kept canceling it before I could finish casting in teamfights. I probably just have to get used to it, but that was pretty annoying.

Half way through patch = great, now 2 warriors are a must have even though it was already strong before

End of patch = kinda have to ban Lunara now every now and then (damn) :stuck_out_tongue:

Those were kinda my impressions… Nice on RoD change but think Cocoon should’ve been made a skillshot (prolly something like Sylv arrow  ), don’t think Anub would still outperform other warriors since they got enormous buffs though
