Pretty much, most of the time you will get more value out of Pheonix. It’s a great zoning ult, good on maps like Infernal Shrines or CH. It reminds me of Li-Ming’s laser, people take that rather than WOF as it does more damage, totally ignoring the utility that WOF has to offer.
Half the time in QM games I see KT’s using pyro on Johanna’s who still have their trait available or on Naz or Jaina who just pop an iceblock.
