well those people were dumb. Lt. Morales plays exactly like mercy does, for all intents and purposes. she even has stim drone, which is basically mercy’s boost ability as an ult. it’s not happening, overwatch addicts.
Nope Just rewards that Mercy is coming to the Nexus in sometime now! I would phased out as Maiev once Mercy arrived. also I want for Selendis & Moira.
Maiev has just behind the hunt of Illidan but I didn’t took matters when this hero has balance update instead of Valeera. I want that Mercy arrived would go to matters.
Ofc she is, because she is brainless and very useful/powerful. All what you need to do is just HOLD LMB/RMB and use res some times. And before her meganerf she was even more unskill, just press 1 button and win the game (thats how a lot of women players got boosted into high ranks. Im not sexist, just saying truth) and thats why she is so popular.

her rez is another reason you’ll never see her in HotS. no way is blizzard gonna tolerate 2 heroes with rez abilities. one is more than enough.
Because I took matters that Mercy will confirmed as Healer heroes in the near future. I answers that didn’t buy Tracer yet. although I still looking that Valla & Orphea is better than Maiev.
She is far from the most unskilled hero.
-Mercy has swap weapon system, unlike others. You must learn when to swap in higher leagues. It requires way more knowledge than Moira in that regard.
-Has pretty difficult hidden mechanics like Super-jump (look it up on youtube).
-Her rez is a hard skill to use, in higher leagues. You cant simply use it and expect to life afterwards. People will focus you, push you (and cancel rez) or other.
-The dmg beam must be active before your ally use his skills/shoots. This makes mercy the hero that relies the most on prediction/communication.
Only players who have 0 deep knowledge on the game say Mercy is unskilled. She is not Ana level, but definitely, way harder than someone like Moira, or Zenyatta (he only requires aim to play).
The problem, is she is still effective when playing passive mode, and these players reach high plat or even diamond just by healing and running, making most of the community think is a hero for noobs.
Blizzard needs to fix the hero to avoid these situations in some form. But she is not powerful when playing braindead mode. Just useful. Similar to a noob Morales/Luzio/Auriel in hots. Players play them passive, but they are agressive healers if played well. (Yes, Morales too. You must use her to force people take risk moves to go after you, for ez kills. But requires good positioning and grenede usage).
So Reinhardt will be released in HOTS 3.0?
I would like to add that Mercy in HOTS will play very differently to Mercy in OW. Regardless of how skilled or unskilled she is, I do not think it would be the same here.
Also the only hero who is truly unskilled in OW is BOB. Since you cannot play him.
You are also correct, but you are also forgetting that this is heroes of the storm.

I still fine that Mercy has enter to the Nexus in sometime. I made progress that Orphea is now part of the Tassadar (nominees) champions instead of Maiev (since mentions to the Chronicle book) EDIT : I answer has just to fine with this hero using Jaina Announcer to go forward! I will phased out Maiev from Tassadar (nominees) champions once returned in the Free-to-Play Rotations.
Obviously, it’s Starcraft’s turn to get a new hero. However, for some reason, I don’t think it’s likely and just don’t see it happening.
If it’s true, than the next hero is probably from Warcraft, and there are lots of possible Warcraft heroes. However I think we need Lady Vashj most of all, so she could very well be the next hero. Considering spoiler she plays a major part in the Shadowlands, and Classic TBC was all but confirmed, and she was recently added as a hero in Hearthstone, and recently released Warcraft 3 Reforged, it makes a lot of sense.
But tbch, at this point I’ll be happy to get a new hero, any new hero, at all.
speaking of that we still have someone from the game 2 add into heroes of the storm including a gnome from world of warcraft
Apparently I never read this thread and, so, didn’t immediately notice this was a necro. I was thinking, “Who wants to be the one to deliver some bad news to the OP?”
Still kinda of disheartening to see the Tag’s of all the old forum regulars who have since moved on.

I got pictures of the old menus of heroes and events stashed away along with old pictures of the game as it was developing. Looking at those brings back bitter sweet memories of when Heroes of the Storm had the heart and soul of a team behind it. Then there are the hero showcase videos with Kevin’s enthusastic voice going over the heroes.
The worst part is I can recall when the game started to decline. The main menu hero reveals started become less interactive with Xul I think being the last one (Chromie would pop up if you clicked in the one spot if I recall correctly and you could spawn additional ravens if you clicked on him, but he did not have any voice lines if you did click on him) and Yrel being the first hero that was simply an artistic drawing and not their model on display with any interactions.
Then there was the lack of interactions in game being added, among other shortcuts added…eh. I miss the old days.
