I have had misha, charge! go on cool-down quite a few times now without being interrupted or making any animation for the ability, along with not doing the ability. It’s not consistent but every once in a while it happens. It has happen in multiple games as well, and I have had a friend complain about misha losing responsiveness for periods during the game, though I have not experienced this myself.

I have the same issue. I’ve also posted a topic about this. I just notice u made one already and I’m also wondering if other Rexxar players have this bug
Yes, it’s been an on going bug for ages but never gets addressed… I’ve had this issue since I started playing and its frequency is definitely frustrating
