Trachus:
Instead of reloading, when Tracer activates her trait, she gets the Minigun effect.
And instead of powering up Pulse Bomb, her abilities charge up Odin, which will still be able to move while attacking.
My goal was to take two heroes with incompatible kits and see what happens.
Anarak
Trait: Shrike-ism
Anarak’s basic attacks apply a stacking DoT, up to 5 times. Each damage tick leeches 10 life from her target.
Anarak has 100% bonus healing power, healing for 100% more. This bonus can be increased by scoring takedowns (up to 130%) but resets upon Anarak’s death.
Q: Healing Surge
Discharge energy between Anarak and a target. If the target is an enemy, it deals light damage. If it’s an ally, it applies a light heal. Allies and enemies between Anarak and her target receive greater healing and damage respectively.
W: Telekinetic Grenade
Anarak aims a vector target then throws a grenade in the target area. Heroes within the area are moved in the targeted in directed. Allies receive 100% bonus healing from Shrike-ism , while enemies have all healing briefly nullified.
E: Discord Dart
After a delay, Anarak fires a medium-ranged piercing dart that puts enemies to sleep for 1 second, then Silences them for 1.5 seconds.
R1: Counter-Boost
Anarak infuses an ally, causing them to become Protected and Unstoppable for 1 second. If the ally took damage from a Heroic source in this time, they refresh all of their basic abilities and gain 30% spell power for 8 seconds.
R2: Charge of Horus
Anarak stands and charges, altering enemies. Anarak increases the range of a charge as they channel, up to global. Once released, Anarak flies along her path, damaging enemies and healing allies she passes through.
Butchaka Primal Demon.
Q - Hook and drag.
Butchaka lashes out his tongue, dealing 160 (+4% per level) damage to the first enemy hit, Stunning and dragging them with him for 1.75 seconds. Once hook and drag ends, the target is slowed by 50% fading over 2 seconds.
W -Branding Swarm
Deal 47 (+4% per level) damage every 0.5 seconds to nearby enemies for 3.5 seconds. While active, you are able to move through units. Every enemy hero hits becomes branded. Basic attacking a branded hero heals Butchaka for 150% of the damage dealt. (Branding swarm can be used during Burrowing onslaught)
E- Burrowing onslaught.
Butchaka Burrows to the ground and charges at the enemy. If Butchaka reaches the target, they are stunned for 1 second and take 119 (+4% per level) damage.
R - Slaughter the prey.
Throw a hitching post that attaches to the nearest enemy Hero after a 1 second delay. This deals 171 (+4% per level) damage and causes the enemy to be chained to the post and silenced for 2 seconds. Once the root ends, the target is blinded and Silenced and lose vision for 2 seconds.
R - Adaptive Blast
After a 4 second delay, fire explodes around Butchaka, dealing 400 (+4% per level) damage to enemies, and healing him for 100% of the damage taken over this period. (Usable during Burrowing onslaught)

It’s only powerful until around level 7. The abilities have a talent baked in mostly.
Adaptive Blast has counter synergy, because ppl won’t stay around to attack you while you’re going to explode. So you won’t be getting much health out of it.
Slaughter is stronger, but the target is rooted for 2 seconds as opposed to Butcher’s 3. And a cleanse counters the whole thing just like Lamb.
Wonder if the char would be any good past 10 though.

R1 - counter strike, works like normal except that Kerrak would also get maelstrom
R2 - Summons a ultralisk, except it charges as far and as fast as deadly strike and damage interrupts Kerrak.
D - Sadism + Shields = True dominatrix.

Aight, no one has toyed around with this concept, so here goes.
Fenix + Nova
Has fenix’s hp (no shield), deals 90 (+4٪ per level) aa damage, with a range of 4.4 and at 1.1 a second.
D: Permanent Cloak
Gain [Stealth] when out of combat for 3 seconds. Taking damage, attacking, using reveals you. Remaining stationary for at least 1.5 seconds grants Invisible.
Passive: Gain 15% [Movement Speed] while Stealthed.
Q: Circular Snipe
12 second cooldown, 60 mana.
Shoot two curved shots that intercept at one point, each dealing 135 (+4٪ per level) damage to an enemy hit. If both hit, the target takes an additional 230 (+4% per level) damage and is slowed down by 25% for four seconds.
W: Weapon Mode: Semi-Auto
3 sec cooldown
Switch to Marksmen Mode.
Passive: Gain 150% attack speed. After using an ability, Nova’s next Basic Attack within 3 seconds deals 60% additional damage.

Create a Decoy for 6 seconds that appears to attack enemies, dealing 10% of Nova’s normal damage. Using this Ability does not break Cloak.
Reactivate to warp to the decoy, swapping places with it.
R1: Triple Tap
100 second cd, 60 mana
Locks in on the target Hero, then fires 3 shots that pierce through all enemies they come in contact with for 372 damage each.
R2: Tactical Strike
180 sec cooldown, 2 charges (10 sec between uses), 80 mana
Channel for 1.5 seconds, sweeping a laser in front of Nova that locks onto enemy Heroes. Once Channeling finishes, call a Precision Strike onto each hero, which after a 1.5 second delay, deals 335 damage to enemies within an large area.

I merge Valeera and Samuro. That way I could make 3 of me to stab my foes in the neck with two poisoned tipped daggers out of stealth before they can react.

R1: Triple Cracker: Locks on to an Enemy Hero and fires a Planet Cracker Beam at them while channeling. Lasts for up to 5 seconds.(Longer Duration ‘cuz Triple Tap is three shots, so I wanted to make it more Damage.)
R2: Precision Salvo: After a 1.5 second delay, fire 5 Purification Missiles at Enemy Heroes that entered the area during the delay. Deals 50 increased Damage to Slowed Targets. Unlimited Range.
Diablo’thas - I decided to combine Diablo and Kael’thas because before Qhira came to the nexus (and aside from Sgt. Hammer) these guys are always complained about. They also have a bit of a fire theme going on too.
Abilities:
Q. Charge into an enemy and upon hitting a hero Flamestrike is cast in the area.
W. Unleash fire waves, automatically apply Living Bomb to any hero hit by fire waves.
E. Overpower, slam an enemy stunning them for 0.25 seconds, Gravity Lapse is then applied lifting the hero and stunning them for a further 1 second.
All these would be modified by trait to extend duration, AOE size, mana usage, charge length, overpower stun length and number of fire waves.
Phoenix and Lightning Breath would be combined as they are both mostly for zoning.
Upon using Apocalypse Pyroblast would automatically be cast and the lowest health hero in range.

Li-Mova
Passive = Takedowns Refresh All Abilities and Grant Stealth for 2 seconds (attacking or taking damage does not break stealth)
Q = SNIPE MISSILES
Fire three missiles toward an area, each dealing 147
Passive: Hitting Hero permanently increases the damage of Snipe Missiles by 6%, stacking up to 30%. All stacks are lost if Snipe Missiles fails to hit an enemy.
W = Pinning Orb
Fire an Orb that powers up as it travels, dealing 135 damage to the first enemy hit and Slow them by 40%. Damage is increased the further it travels, up to 270 more damage.
E = DECOY TELEPORT
Teleport a short distance instantly, creating a decoy that lasts for 5 seconds with 100% of Li Mova’s current Health that attacks enemies, dealing 10% of Li Mova’s base damage.
R1 = DISINTEGRATE TAP
Locks in on the target Hero and channel a powerful beam, dealing 440 damage over 2.6 seconds to all enemies in its path.
R2 = STRIKE OF PRECISION
Knock away all enemies from an area and deal 160 damage. Unlimited Range.

Nono … you need to merge “I can see you” with purification salvo … or even better “I can see you” with pyroblast … umm how would i call it … armagedon?
… Also triple tap and pyroblast would be … efficient … especialy after level 20 refresh at triple tap…
I merged 2 heroes and I ended up with… smaller… heroes
