From what i hear there is a hero called āChenā (whose existence sounds a bit more legit than this āTassadarā some people mention at times) who may receive some work in the near future. Very near if i read that dev comment right.

Li-Ming needs to use abilities in between, Icefury Wand only requires the target to be chilled. It should get way more throughput in damage.
