Oh, I know. I was just trying to help clarify.
He become more or less immortal to melle hero thanks to his bombs, 50% + 0% bomb does 4800 dmg, so kills every dmg, so he trades now always 1vs1. His mines movement build is one of the fastest map movement builds ingame, and he still can do dmg from very far dmg.
He is simply broken
I hope not. As BS as Scatter was, facing Hanzo in close range currently is scarier than Reaper.

It was situational.
Youâd only long shot bounce them off walls into minions or mercs.
Against heroes it had to be done within very short range range, ideally right outside the range where the grenade would explode in the wall instead of bouncing off.
Was good when dueling on a point like on Braxxis or Dragonshire.
You can still do as much fine damage against minions mercs even without bouncy bouncy, because the quest exists.
BTW better range poke was superoir anyways for any situation regardless of how situational that talent is, hence why no one picked Bouncy Bouncy in the first place.
