They just need to remove that Vehicle flag from his design, if it is unintended that Zag can’t maw him.
There is nothing in his trait that says he is treated like the DK or Protector, so it is weird he does in that regard (they also just get pushed by Maw).
He is just supposed to be Unstoppable, which means Devouring Maw should eat him.
