I believe we need a separate “intentionally” AFK voting option or something similar so that we can permanently boot them from the match so he cannot re-enter. At very least maybe when they are voted twice as AFK, they cannot re-enter the match.
In a perfect world I would love this suggestion. It would also get rid of afking trolls efficiently (especially those who afk, then rejoin so you can’t even get an AI to help you)
But knowing the rotten nature of people, this would make life hell for solos playing with groups of premades. It would make it so easy for frustrated 4 stacks to simply kick out a solo player and ensure they get no gold, exp or points for that match.
Even if that player was never AFK’ing and played properly.
Hence I’m against vote kicking ever taking place in HotS. So much potential for abuse. So many false vote kicks started just to bully a genuine player out of the match.
I have played FPS games that have vote kick and 95% of the time it’s a frivolous vote against a legitimate player. And half the time, people kick him/her out just for fun or to get rid of the voting screen. It’s disgusting.
