4k siege is 1 minion wave. Everyone can do that when others are doing a camp and such. The game forces you to get above 5k before lvl 15. If you ignore everything then your nonparticipating
oh no i wasn’t calling you a troll i said that about the one that was like “tyrande diablo deckard must have 20k exp and 50k siege damage each or i report them!”
however you can’t help it if you get a bad player that’s it you won’t see them doing anything during the game cause they’re simply bad but that doesn’t mean the hero itself is bad. don’t forget this is a full free rotation so casuals will play random heroes they never played before and ruin all games. which is why i don’t play anymore during a full free rotation i’m avoiding them~ i don’t wanna see this type of player’s in my games

Everyone can do it, yeah, but not every hero is efficient in doing it. That’s the difference you should know, if you are not trolling. This game isn’t for pve all the time, but it is important to mix up pve and pvp aspects in the right time efficiently… A master player should know this…
Repetitive bad plays, refusing to defend your towers after being asked, then cussing your team out when asked to do something, is a reportable offense.
I was joking when I was saying i will report all novas that don’t do X.
If they refused, walked past mobs all day, let then destroy the towers after being asked to defend, do it multiple times, I ask again, get cussed out then I will report them. (Bad engrish I know)

guys i actually agree on OP’s statement, because in-between teamfights, nova really has 2 options: gank or lane ( camps is a talent thing so eh )
assuming she ganks, not only does she lose alot of exp from a wave, but it is also a very risk-reward thing. what if SHE gets killed in the gank? what if she dosent kill at all? that means that being in lane between fights is the best possible situation. taking camps with ally is usually very time wasting since she has VERY little camp damage. essentially, she can in fact soak a bit.
reporting is another story. you should NEVER report a genuinely bad player because theyre bad. report the ones actually being against the team, and trolling.
reporting a nova refusing to soak is in between really. one one hand, nova IS dragging the team back, but on the OTHER hand, she “might” not have the waveclear talents she needs via talents. therefore it would again beg the question of kill or lane once again.
the point is: that sololaning as nova is not a bad idea at all, and it would essentially be on average, more value than simple poking and even full ganking. so depending on the situation, novas must have some form of lane presence. even if she spends 2 mins in the lane in a 14 min game, it would still provide very good exp. ( 4k health in a wave every 30 seconds = 16k seige )
HOWEVER, having a sololaner or a lane bully makes it so its THEIR job to stay in a lane, so that would technically solve nova’s issue. but she would still have to rotate every once in a while if the team is lacking lane pressure. this applies to ALL non-heal heroes, because exp is a big thing. again, having the AOE ult is very great if the team is in a winning teamfight to push their exp a bit and POSSIBLY, getting them a talent advantage due to the sudden burst of exp.
conclusion: it is not wrong for nova to be in a lane, depending on the situation. it is more value than a possible kill, and it can increase macro and exp. its bad to report, and yea… das it 
Well the world is facing a pandemic, but forget that, we must report these Nova players who aren’t split pushing!
It’s well known that Nova has just the best PVE of the entire roster of heroes, report that Nova today, get your good citizenship award. I don’t believe this thread has produced 87 (now 88) responses.

Calling someone a troll is toxic for you? Wow… while on the other side reporting bad players for bad plays… ironic.
It’s depressing to me that people are still being so trivial and spiteful. I had a game a few days ago where a Valla player was abusing our Jaina who said upfront it was her first game a Jaina. We were winning (and did win) the whole game long, but this Valla abused all on the team (Valla had the most deaths) took the Dragon Knight twice and wasted it, all just to abuse the Jaina player who was doing very well for the first time.
I defended the Jaina player, and the rest of the team did too, we played as four and overcame the Valla trolling us for a win. It just seems all the more terrible behaviour when you have a real life and death situation and people just want to abuse people in a video game, when winning!
I just will never understand this kind of nonsense behaviour.

In a match a few days ago. I had a toxic Team member who complaint the whole time. After I wrote that he better plays than write. He shout out.

How can someone seriously saying that Novas, who do less than 4k siege should be reported? This was his statement to this topic and none can’t take it serious that’s why i exaggerated, because it triggered me… wasn’t it obvious?

In the second quote he mentioned other heroes, who are also not good at soaking. How does this proves his statement that nova is reportable for low soaking? Sorry, but it is absurd to call this examples as valid arguements to his statement that nova - a bad soak hero - is reportable for bad soaking…
Its very simple my young padawan. Less then 5k is nonparticipating. It isnt because she is a bad soaking hero. It is because she chooses to ignore everything. Before lvl 15 there are multiple camps being done. Many objectives that you won and lost.
Any hero would get at least 10k+ siege dmg. And heroes like jaina or xul are above 60/80k
