How far was he scrolling up? Im in your server as a silent protagonist and the hate comments were more then a week old. People spam daily there
But join the discord its not as bad as it sounds but sometimes people need to ventilate about others in case they say something they dont agree on. But most people are threated respectful only a handful get an negative comment that isnt even toxic just a grain of salt

Youāre very a noble a person of integrity Dr. Logan. As Droth said though, you canāt be and are not responsible for what others say on your discord channel. The fact that you think it was wrong and take responsibility for it, speaks volumes about your character.
Itās good you create a welcoming space where people can interact, but try as you might, you arenāt responsible for others actions. You lead by your good example, but you canāt make people follow it if they choose not to and thatās not your responsibility or fault.

What is there not to like about Jumpylion? Iāve never seen him post anything outrageous to cause hate. Heās been pretty harmless posting harmless topics. If people are going to hate you jumpy let it be a āthemā problem not a āyouā problem.

Itās not opinions persay itās the fact That I am not the most collected person when discussions get heatedā¦ and can say some pretty mean stuff as a result, not my proudest trait (to put it mildly) but itās there and it really does make me a colossal A sometimes.

He apparently often browses the forums by Recommended, which often displays older threads.
As a result, older threads pop up regularly, and many people noticed that he was upvoting month-, or even year-, old posts. He did it to several of mine.
A bunch of people apparently didnāt like this (maybe because they didnāt realize he was just opening Recommended threads). A couple insinuated he was stalking, others implied he was trying to fit in and be one of the ācool kids,ā and a couple people straight up called him āchildish.ā

You know I enver thought it was an issue but I never did know how and/or why Jumpy found old posts of mine I did not even know this recomended section exists
Perhaps Iāll do some scrolling to ābe part of the cool kidsā as well, sounds like fun.

Iāve had this happen to me many times, who cares? You can just instantly dismiss the notification, what a silly thing for anyone to make a fuss about.

Still sounds like problems they made for themselves. Iāve had people like comments of mines that were really old and I never thoughtā¦āWow! this person liked my response to some long past topicā¦I HATE YOU SO MUCH RIGHT NOWā I donāt see the logic in that. However I can understand the concerns of someone stalking you, there are some real creeps on the internet.

The discords are better cared for then here. People seem to be respecting towards each other. A lot of retired forum people are also there because they prefer a troll free place
