KtZ ain’t OP, it’s just that his hitboxes are absolute garbage. Chains that end an inch away from me on my screen and clearly had zero contact with me still catch me. Other than that, he’s easy to fight against.
Zarya’s level 20 Graviton Surge upgrade should get it’s damage back.
