Isn’t a good Zeratul still good against her? At least I have a little bit of success with Genji and Zera, because they can gank her, because they both are mobile and Zagara is still squishy.
If we’re talking about early laning, then I would say anyone with very good wave clear to defend the lane and hope for ganks. Fenix would be probably my prefered hero against Zag.
You’re skilled Ragnaros player… what would you think about W-build Rag? You have the wave clear, but also your W can reach her and do some poke dmg. I mean, yes she is mobile with her D, but Rag is one of the better heroes to destroy her trait with meteor.

Zagara has one build that is super overpowered right now and skewing her power level.
Once they nerf baneling talents at 1/7, make banelings 50% damage to structures, and tone down her summon power at 16/20 to match her improved auto-attack dps, she will be fine again.
I also wouldn’t be surprised if they lower her total range slightly – probably a 0.5 nerf.

I’d say it’s the best one against zagara since you become effective at lowering her health while being far to reach. BUT,

the build activities at level 7, and the quest will be difficult to complete

rag will still not be able to win lanes or clear creep properly. He will have to stay really far back
A point I mentioned in my rag tricks THREAD was that if you’re good with micro u can take lanes as rag from almost any hero. But zagara has HUGE poke damage as well as a guaranteed damage ability that cant be dodged.

Forgot how to grammar.
TLDR f*** Zagara because winning with her doesn’t feel like an achievement. No hero should be able to take down a small tower and a half completely on their own before the second minion wave ever spawns.

Not sure about Fenix yet; I was good against Zagara with him in the past, but I am not sure yet, because I didn’t played it yet, but in general he has anything he needs to succeed, except long range.

Yea at this point having Zag on your team close to 90% chance of winning unless she is bad.
And good to know Reddit is also on the hate train towards this hero. She only deserves to get ganked and ganked until the players that plays her gives up and afk in spawn.

I’m very pleased to see the Zag spam in QM has brought out some old Illidan and Genji mains to punish her. In a few games I’ve had players of those heroes say in chat they were playing them simply to make Zag players lives miserable.
I never thought I’d say it, but I’m far more tired of seeing a Zag in QM than I ever was when Valla had her last rework.
