I like NotParadox’s idea of Mei being a new tank character. It would be nice to receive a new tank. My only issue is she will easily overtake Arthas unless he gets remade at the same time of her release.

I’m good as long as she’s not going to be another assassin. I don’t play OW but I always liked her character design.
She is cool (heh) but she is not Reinhardt.

Ah really disappointed Mei is one of my least favourite overwatch characters and with the new hero release cadence we probably won’t see another hero till December if even, so I’m disappointed more than usual.
Was hoping for a main tank like rein.
Plus she is probably gonna have a lot of skill overlap with her kit.

I like Mei quite a bit. I hope they make her a support though to make up for Tassadar.
Well. Not exactly what i wanted (I WANTED MERCY). But yeah i’m super happy. Cause not only we’re getting a new OW hero after years of not having one. But also i’m gonna get to play my DPS main from OW :> (even tho she’s possibly a tank)
Also yeah. OW haters must be burning right now. Or even planning to not exist anymore? 
But hey. This defies whatever dumb reason they were hating OW heroes (Hypermobility -_-)

Well, now the Junkrat and Mei ship can be made in HOTS.
What is Mei really going to bring to HoTS? I feel like she could only be some kind of caster or some kind of bruiser. And we already have a freezey/slowy caster (Jaina) and a freezy/slowy bruiser (Arthas).
Unless they go full “screw you old heroes” and let Mei walk around while attacking again.
I am a little upset if I’m honest. Not because it’s Mei, but because that previous teaser was clearly an Orc structure in most-likely-Alterac-Valley.
It feels like a bad teaser, and I don’t like that because it drains the fun out of speculation if the “clues” mean nothing.
If the third-teaser / final-reveal that we’re likely getting tomorrow is another 180 and it turns out it’s Belial, I’ll be pleased, because the whole “haha, fooled you! The clues were all fake!” thing fits him 
, but otherwise I’m disappointed on the teaser. (I really doubt that would will happen, though)
About the character, I don’t like or dislike her, so I’ll have to wait to see her kit before deciding how I feel about the release.

The tease is meant to put you off, that’s the point of them.
Orc hut made people think Dorutan, then switch it with snowball.
Snowball can start a Blizzard too, it makes sense.
All tassadars ever do is complain about theirs. Here comes one now.

Don’t worry. If they can’t fall back on that they’ll just say she’s a cartoon and doesn’t belong in HotS (despite how much of a joke Warcraft is). They’ll find something to fuel their irrational hate.
