i think he used translator, it changes everything,

guess he means, he is a good player, but cant get out of silver, and he has mastered supports, or playing support/heal is his stronghold

I dont know if “store” is simply a odd choise of word due to translation but if i understand you right… Buying out ranks !? Please no !! That would be a terrible idea and it would promote the wealthy instead of the skilled because it would no longer reward merits !

He is trolling. He made plenty of threads like this which you can find on the forum history.

I think he is trying to channel some kind of a goblin or troll for humor value, and knows English just fine in reality.
