I’m glad I’m not the only person pleased by the Thrall Buff’s! I agree that Grace of Air could do with a buff, maybe add a passive. Perhaps the thinking is the buff to his trait, will make GoA a more attractive pick, but I’d still take Spell Shield or Frostwolf’s Grace over it.
Anyhow, I’m just happy for the small Crash Lightning buffs, very sweet.
Thrall’s baseline health and trait buffs will affect grace of air more though. Its win rate isn’t even that far off from the others, so I’d hardly call it garbage fire either. I imagine it’ll be fine once the dust settles.
It has very unrealistic condition which is allow Thrall to maximize their hits effectively, you will get better value from procing trait manually which has many synergies from Follow Through to Ancsetral Wrath.
Sure, more HP gained but so is his level 13 trait pick. The only time Grace of Air out shines in HP is by combining it with 16E and 20 CDR, all of which needs a very specific playstyle and for it to happen is very unlikely.
They didn’t nerf Dehaka yet, but Meph and Blaze went down a notch.
Chen with his AA build is on my radar. There are not much high MMR players who pick the build, so can’t copy their play style. So many limit testing to come.
So you developers are still here can you please answer me why probius doesnt have fan service and reasons why it doesnt have any skins that matches on the events of heroes of the storm? Also diablo has a skin thats El Chamuco . Why cant we have something that a spanish style for the lost vikings too?
I’ve got 7k games with blaze and now I’m going to have to find a new hero because the patch was so devastating to him. I mean he was already a weak tank in the first place now they just ripped his nuts off. I am thinking of playing a new game after that patch.
Can we get map rotation for SL? Or just put all 15 maps in it so we dont need care anymore what map is more broken but do somethink whit that worst broken map of Volskaya.
Too bad about the removal of portal mount for Medivh. It was already barely worth doing when you nerfed Hall of Storms mount move speed. Really didn’t need to be removed because, unlike, for example, the case of Zeratul’s old hall mount trick, the portal cooldown is long enough (and can be placed before hearthing for global activation with portal mastery) that choosing whether to mount out of hall was an actual decision that wasn’t always the right one.
Good that the channels are faster now, though. The delay made it take like 25% longer. Command queue not clearing anymore is also a very welcome change and it actually adds some theoretical uses to that awful camera change you made when hitherto there were none.
Nevertheless, I’m once again going to ask for a toggle to restore old camera behavior. Manually centering camera is not a solution for making it a “choice”. It’s a lot of added button pressing, makes Alt unusable as a self-cast hotkey, will never be as consistent as auto centering on portal use (assuming you also fix auto-centering not working on shorter range portals), will continue to confuse non-Medivh players trying to use portal, and just introduces a stupid potential pitfall that has no skill ceiling - if you won’t believe me when I say I’m a very good Medivh player and still occasionally miss hitting space, you can look at former HGC player Fan, who also occasionally presses space very late.
Also, your buff to mage armor failed. It’s sitting at the same laughable ~35% win rate despite a 50% increase in popularity. If you want to make mage armor a viable pick, it needs to have its duration refreshed on every use of portal and it needs to apply after protects, not before. Why would I ever give up CC (the real reason raven familiar is dominant at lvl 4) for a short term buff contingent on a long and important cooldown that also makes it harder to get W resets and reduces the healing I get from reabsorption?
They heavily nerfed his damage mitigation talents, which means he will die even faster to focus fire. He is already easier to counter than most tanks, due to the fact that his engage is also his escape, but between that and the bunker nerf, there is almost no reason to pick him as a tank.
He will still be one of the best offlaners, and I do think he deserved a nerf, but they should just change his role and adjust his kit accordingly.
Not entirely sure about the offlaning. The whole idea was to clear the wave faster than the enemy, deny them the globe and ideally get rid of the front towers from safe distance before the first objective even begins. I would be surprised if you are now allowed to take a single tower entirely because you won’t be clearing minions fast as before and your pushing power relies heavily on how little damage your own wave takes. When two separate builds get nerfed at the same time, the devs are sending only one message: we don’t want you to play him.
If this is considered annoying and oppressive 1v1 how can you further enable Chen in the exact same manner? I hope the janitor never finds out that Chen’s Withering Flames covers four times the area of Blaze’s Crossfire.
Why do you think that though? His biggest value is being a bruiser that provides so much utility when he joins his team (AoE stun, peel, kill secure etc) That won’t change much. And the flamethrower damage I felt
But he does get worse 1 v 1, clears slower, and won’t be sniping towers anymore.
That’s already what he is lol.
The only time I see maintank Blaze is during Meta Madness.
