After use, the level 20 ability “Raining Scrap” stay dark and does not cool down or reload.
It happened on all matches since last update
Choosing the “It’s Raining Scrap” talent while dead results in it never being usable in the same manner.
I am having the same problem! Although, it seems I can activate it at first but once I have died, then it is just greyed out and unselectable. Been happening now for at least since patch 47.0
