Game won't launch

The NA version launch fine, but the PTR (i wanted to try Mal’Ganis) crash every time i try to launch. I tryed uninstall and reinstall, same problem.

Thanks for the report! When the client crashes, does it produce an Error Report? If it does, could you please post the UUID of the report?

Additionally, if you could send in the following to our Heroes Bug Attachment Inbox it would help our investigation greatly:

  • the latest Log .txt files from your GameLogs folder after the crash occurs.

    • Typically located in: Documents\Heroes of the Storm\GameLogs
    • These can be Error/Crash folders, Graphics.txt files, or a variety of other .txt error files.

  • Your Variables.txt file.

    • Typically located in: Documents\Heroes of the Storm

  • The DxDiag of your system info.
