Symmetra has seen 3 reworks, the question is which version would fit?
Portals and Turrets is what makes her kit Iconic. Gazlowe, Probius, and Esp mediv has an existing version already. We dont know if Tassadar will keep his shields but when OW Launched Symmetra provided shields for her team.

Lets not forget her Primary fire also changed to homming laser, to a straight death leaser.

I agree. We still havent gotten a Naga representative, and Lady Vashj is confirmed to be in development but this was years ago they said so.

I also wishes Vereesa to join Nexus, she needs her time to shine too and I want a real High Elf since there is none in HotS (skins dont count)

I could definitely see Sym’s kit be something like this, example:

HEROIC TRAIT:

  • Granting Sym 100 shield, like she has in OW to her health.

PRIMARY ABILITIES:

  • Deploy Sentry turrets 3x or 6x
  • Shooting her alternative, massive orb shot.
  • Deploy TP, similar to Medivh I guess.

HEROIC ABILITIES:

  • Photon Barrier
  • Shield Generator

No matter how the kit will be designed, I just want Sym to be in this game already so I can actually play an OW hero that I enjoy to play :smiley::blue_heart:

I’ll be a little sad if Reaper, Brigitte, and Sir Finley Mrrgglton aren’t part of next year’s roster. A little blue balls’d after Qhira, if you will.

I mean why does it have to be any of the above?
Also straight beam of death vs homing one won’t make any difference in HOTS

Literally give her the original telepporter (I mean something similar is a storm talent that needs reworking of Morales the

Put simply make her a shield based healer with enough healing to compete with some of the of healers (namely Kharazim) for damage prevented vs healing

Rein wouldn’t work? But isn’t Braum from League of legends already very similar? he has that shield that he holds out to block projectiles. So… yeah, Rein does work and he works just fine.

But his shield is Horizontal not Vertical, in any case Bridgette would be better

Yeah, Rein’s shield would cover more area but reins shield would have a health bar, it would also make him slower. So there are weaknesses. Braums shield gives him movement speed. And he can W to a target to immediately intercept so he is far more mobile than Rein. So Rein having a wide shield would be perfectly balanced.

Yeah. I mean, as I said, I don’t care for the Diablo Universe and Games at all, so it’s thus also my most disliked universe in Hots. I’d love another Starcraft hero, personally. People have been suggesting Mengsk a few times, and I’d be interested in how that could work.

For now, I’m just happy to have Deathwing though. :grin:
