Did not receive seasonal mounts

I contact blizzard support and they said that I needed to contact the forums.

I have not received my seasonal mounts for completing storm league this past season.

Hoping to get these roosters as skin and mount synergy is key in this game.

Hey there MrPink!

Just to confirm you:

  1. Placed in Storm League last season (played 10 games) and
  2. Do not see either of the three Rooster mounts when you navigate to Collection > Mounts > Beasts. The three mounts are “Courageous Rooster”, “Valiant Rooster”, and “Victorious Rooster”

Yes did not see them in beasts

I have the event ones golden and lunar.

In the mean time, for my own curiosity, I assume you also didn’t get the Portrait for your rank last season?

Oh I didn’t even notice. No I don’t think so. I don’t remember seeing anything when I logged in notifying league was completed.

If you wouldn’t mind checking, there is an issue where not every player got the pop up screens when they first logged on after the season ended. So there is a chance you did get the Portrait, but just didn’t see it!
