-The hero is an unpopular niche character who is only played by “mains” who have mastered them, and only on maps or team compositions that favor them.
-The hero is strong in the current meta, due to an absence of their counters.
-The hero is strong overall, and can thrive even when its counters are present in matches.
-The hero was just released a few days ago, and the data-aggregate websites haven’t collected enough data.

Deathwing isn’t an unpopular niche character, he isn’t situational to specific maps or team compositions, he’s not brand-new, and his counters are present in the current meta. Therefore, the logical conclusion is that he’s still too strong.
