It is in some countries for example the age of consent in japan is 13 years old, that doesn’t mean you do it as soon as you turn 13, but it is legal to have sexual intercourse in japan at the age of 13

Last I knew, the AoC was 13 in one prefecture of Tokyo, and there were several movements from parent groups and such trying to change that for years now.

His statue and burning crusade appearance were based on the generic archmage unit, and less so on how he’d actually look. He went from generic to specific and shaved. Also, with how much time has passed, he’s pretty much become the age of an older man now

Fun fact. He was physically an old man at the opening of the dark portal, but still only 43. So, middle aged, but not ancient. He got cursed to be old, by medivh (I found this out through click quotes, and then googled it because I thought it was funny and wanted to know why medivh turned Khadgar into an old man) I assume he reversed the curse somehow?
