Comps arent the true reason you lost!

Comps actually hardly matters at the exception of hard counters. until players of D1-3 and even then some of them has that weird notion of “GG we can’t win because i said so which is just a coincidence to the fact i died first during the initial skirmish in mid.”

In otherword.
many players blames the comps when the real problem are just the skills and quality of the players .

When I’m pseudo-forced to go Tank cuz I’m “Flex” but then my allies draft no real dmg… :tired_face:

Still depends more on which side is made up of GM#1-5 and which side has a full Bronze 5 team.
Using the extreme rank disparity only as an example why comp is still superceded by rank or MMR in determining who is more likely to win.

I have the other problem. I am forced to main tank then my allies go all dmg no cc the classic ming+ hanzo vs a dive comp

I have the “classic” Chromie + Lunara and I’m like… ok, so we won’t kill anyone…

Lol i partly agree with this.

Ive had diamond/plat games with maintank imperius and they’ve been stomps for him. Ive also had really close matchups where double tank was used in the wrong situation and we could never get kills.

If manage to pull it off proprely , why not !
Ive seen good murky players do it .
They put their egg so close that once they get blasted by the enemy , they are back in a matter of seconds and also the enemies are mostly on CD so your death is just a fodder to wipe 1-2 of them everytime. Its still a pretty good win !

I did mentioned at the exeptions of hard counters . but skill is the initial determinant factor over comp in regard to victory or overall performances.

I can climb btw solo queue isnt hard but doing the impossible by carrying 2 friends

Yea, climbing is still possible, but frustrating to me.
My matches last season were either a 22+ min lose (if I tried my best to carry a bad draft) or a <15 min stomp if I got decent draft.

By decent draft usually I mean, we had burst and poke/sustain, like every team should have if we’re all randos.

I did it often , we mostly had to survive until 10 for force wall . then once force barrier came , it was usually the point i started my evil laugh lol

Yeah, comps really are like the last thing you should look at when you lose. And if that is your instinct, I guarantee you that your potential to improve is being blunted by lazy analysis and how to view the game.

I start every game thinking I can win no matter how bizarre the matchup.

You talking about permashield Tass or the last rework? If it’s the former (which DrLogan never got to play), I definitely agree. I imagine the latter would be super hard to accomplish, simply because the nature of his sustain is quite unreliable, and also simply because of the way QM matchmaker would not allow you to even test those kinds of games.

Murky with fish tank is better tank then a real tank. But not many have faith in the fish.
