It’s funny cause they put an internal cooldown on Surge of Light when she finally got played in competitive matches and people took it.
They wouldn’t even need to nerf it so hard if they just made it so it couldn’t benefit from the Blind damage bonus, or they just made her more of a bruiser in play style like she was before.
