I don’t get the whole Mal’ganis is a turtle thing.
It’s a meme from either WoW or HS, not sure.
The origin is that Malganis yells “I am eternal” in a way that can be heard as “I am a turtle”.
Oh, lol. Now it kind of makes sense.
