Can’t use my prime evil diablo skin in ranked games, but cn use in other modes

Unfortunately, I don’t have any additional information to offer at this time, but watch that post as I will be making updates there as I hear things.
Same here - I raised a support ticket and was told it would be fixed 2 patches ago, unfortunately still nothing!
