I’m not sure if there is a way to contact a GM in game, but I have not been able to get a ranked match no matter how long I que for for the last couple weeks. I have waited over 30 minutes on a few occasionsbefore giving up. As I type this I’m over 1000 seconds in my current Que. Hoping a gm can reset my mmr or something so that I can get a match. Thanks.
edit: now at 2200 seconds currently.
