A silence is still very likely to give a gap of vulnerability. And as hammer lacks knockback, once surrounded she isnt going to survive long. Bronze/Silver players cant group up like this, but at higher skill levels im sure people will find a way to stop the hammer.
Blinds also disrupt her trait from activating.
So its not the most OP around as she is still easy enough to be targeted. But im sure that i managed to increase the frustration level when playing against her.

I suppose, but I view that as less part of her Trait an more a function of her basic attack, kind of like Leoric’s Wrath of the Bone King.

I know, that’s why I mentioned it. Chromie’s Bronze Talons is the same way. My point is that those effects should be separate passive effects tied to their basic attack rather than a second Trait.
After all, Lucio can scoot and shoot and that isn’t in his Trait.
Some heroes just have two traits. Leoric has Undying and Wrath of the Bone King. Zul’jin has Berserker and You Want Axe. Uther has Devotion and Eternal Vanguard. Sylvanas has Banshee’s Curse and Black Arrows. Both are listed in tooltips if you mouse over the trait key.
Lucio is more akin to Junkrat, who has unlisted exploding AAs. (Personally I hate this precedent - they should return Lucio’s old mount as a second trait and bake Junkrat’s AAs into Total Mayhem, but that’s off topic).
What if you replace the activatable portion of the trait with another activatable? For instance: Tracer’s reload is traded for Syl’s black arrows.
Give Diablo force wall.

Murky’s trait so even if they do kill you you respawn quickly and only count for 1/4 a kill.

R1 March of the Black King for aoe damage and % healing
R2 Poison Nova because aoe damage
It might not be the most OP, but it’s EZ mode suicide bomb with lots of slowing and wave clear with almost no mana management.

Not the most damaging hero but duelling him would be impossible and he’d be might hard to take down in a group so long as he is AAing. Trait would essentially allow E to be 100% active and W to be spammed every few seconds. Heroic depends whether you need burst protection or whether you’re just gibbing the enemies.
not sure about ur choice for poison nova here. u have to channel before it actually activates. on xul, sure but on tracer’s small hp, not a good choice
instead, replace the poison nova with shadowbolt volley from gall or stitches’ slow ultimate
You could just revert all the Maiev or Fenix nerfs
