Blessing of the Broze effect gone after respawn

Chromie’s new talent, Blessing of the Bronze, is designed to work while Chromie is alive. However, upon dying, the effect stops as desired but does not return upon Chromie respawning. In fact, there’s no way to make it return after dying following the talent pick.
