Not a chance, unless they find player data to support “throwing” (like having 30+ deaths every game and no contribution of any kind).
Non-participation bans are manual, meaning they must be reviewed by staff.
They do them in weekly waves
(or used to, see the sticky at the top of this forum saying " Weekly Account Suspensions for Non-Participation.)
Being bad at the game is not a crime or against any rule. It’s easy to separate someone trying their best and doing bad, from someone who isn’t even trying to play the game.
