Azmodan's D failed to create demon

I targeted Azmodan’s ability “Demon Lieutenant” to almost expired Demon Warrior and Demon Lieutenant was not created.

Yes, that was done. I forgot to mention that cooldown of “Demon Lieutenant” started after this failure in the post, but it can be seen in the replay.
