Yeah, in the small chance that it can actually hit anything, and even smaller chance that a hero would allow themselves to be hit with more than one meteor. They’d have to put it on an astronomically lower cd for it to be worth taking. I’m talking 60s, maybe even 50, and even that might not be low enough for how rarely it hits anyone.
