Alarak scales the better he is than his opponents.
Yes, that means he can carry if you’re smurfing. A good player against potatoes will happily stack Sadism against anyone taking fights they shouldn’t be, and hit the late game with the ability to gib almost anyone.
And hey, he’s even got a talent where he gets stronger based on how bad his own team mates are! Truly, the Highlord has thought of everything.
