I agree with your buff ideas, however I don’t think Overwhelming Power is that broken, but sure I think Alarak’s Q build isn’t gonna suffer with some minor number reductions on that talent.
That being said I do think that Overwhelming Power has such a high popularity and win rate because it has really good synergy with Q build and it gives him other means of staying alive than just his E (which is arguably a bit hard to effectively get value out of)
