Removing that talent will not make him truly balanced, it will just take a unique talent out of his talent tree. To be balanced his kit and numbers needs to be adressed not the talents. He has way too much CC compared to any other tank/bruiser… on pretty low cooldowns and even AOE… most tanks just have single target CC. His CC is broken as of now! Next problematic thing is his damage. Still too high, because it is also AOE. Everything on him is AOE. So changing his CC and damage versus heroes to maybe single target or dual target at most is the only thing that could make him truly balanced! For example less damage on his Q, but more on his auto attacks and stuns/roots with autos instead of last Q! His E could also be toned down to make only 1-3 heroes asleep untalented.
