Before I joined the dark side and crafted zephy, I too thought it was terribly overpowered. After playing it for a while now it takes more thought then I first believed. Manipulating your mana to nudge him into giving what you want. Also sometimes it isn’t so cut and dry when to play him. You get one shot and many times you have to hold him in your hand as a dead card until you pull the trigger. I think the card is mostly fine other than maybe Warlock non highlander slotting him in without the restrictions, just because they can draw there whole deck so fast.
